Field Hakone was the perfect retreat for our stay, offering a genuine Japanese experience away from the usual hustle. The staff provided outstanding service, ensuring our needs were met while keeping the place impeccably clean. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, which was a slight distraction. Overall, it was a delightful and value-for-money stay.
